8 runners + 1 biker set out to knock out some miles prior to the three year Davis Lake Anniversary! The choice to move The Valley cruise to Davis Lake was a no brainer. The routes went like this:

Route 1 – 0520 -4 miles
2Step, Laser, Filibuster, The Farm, Gentle Grizzly (Bike)

Moleskin:
Between 4-8ish miles were covered running and Gentle Grizzly logged 10ish by bike. Filibuster left after the cruise and we guilted him for it. Something about his back acting up. We reminded him that bootcamps would help… Reference the Davis Lake backblast for a continuation of this morning! As always, it was great running with you men!
