4 men came out to the AO to reward their bodies for all the hard work they’ve put in during bootcamps, runs, etc.

The thang:

While standing, attempt to touch toes with knees locked.

Mountain Pose (Raise Arms and bend back 2 x, roll neck and shoulders)
On your six with legs crossed
Neck rolls to the right (30 secs)
Neck rolls to the left (30 secs)
Deep breaths

Transition to chaturanga (low plank)
Move to downward dog
Bend the right and left legs to stretch opposite legs. Repeat x 2.
Chaturanga to upward dog.
Back to low plank.
Bring left foot to left hand.
Warrior 1.
Bring hands to feet.
Hop or step feet back to plank.
Merkin (optional).
Downward dog.
Chaturanga to upward dog.
Back to low plank.
Bring right foot to right hand.
Warrior 1.
Repeat all into Warrior 2 on left.
Repeat all into Warrior 2 on right.
Repeat all into Warrior 3 on left.
Repeat all into Warrior 3 on right.
Repeat all into triangle pose left.
Repeat all into triangle post right.
Repeat all into twisting triangle pose left.
Repeat all into twisting triangle pose right.
Reverse back to warrior one.

Runners pose (both sides).
Pigeon pose (both sides)
Crow/crane pose (for extra credit).
Single leg seated toe touches (both sides).

Stand up and attempt to touch toes.

Thanks for coming out for my V Broga Q! At one point I thought I would be able to go home and nap, but as usual with F3, if you build it, they will come!

@King Julian accidentally discovered a stretch he’s been looking for for years.

@flyboy asked me not to mention what stretch @King Julian discovered out of fear that the pax might not join us for future Broga sessions.

@2Step was very LATE, asked at one point if this was supposed to be a stretching workout due to all of the poses that left arms and legs fatigued, and was the most confused by @King Julian’s new pose.
