It’s Good Friday 2018 and a lucky PAX of 13 showed up to get a little bit better than they were yesterday.  With one FNG present, a (slightly morbid) disclaimer was administered and we ventured off into the gloom.  Little did we know, things would soon get weird with pants dropping and talks of man dates.  Here’s one man’s account of what happened….

Mosey up and around to the middle parking lot for some Warmarama:

• Side Strattle Hop
  • (Q narroly avoids showing his cards to the PAX…. quick tie of the drawstring gets things under control)
• Imperial Storm Trooper
• Mountain Climbers
• Merkins
• Windmills (regular speed)
• Cotton Pickers

With our shorts secure and muscles warmed up, it was time for the Main Event.  This will be a classic “string of pearls” type workout as we circle around the clubhouse.

• Dundgeon Walls – Donkey Kicks and Jump Squats
• Dark Hill – 7:1 ladder with merkins and WW2 Situps
• Grand Central Station – 10 Burpees
• Driving Range Fence – Decline Merkins, Incline Merkins, & Little Baby Crunches
  • Repeato
• Cacalacka Choo Choo
• Small Wall – Step Ups and Dips
• Hillspring Hill – 5 Side Strattle Hops at each tree on the left side of the street (12 total)
• Clubhouse Stairs – Easter Bunny hops up the stairs & WW2 situps

Mosey back down the hill and finish things up with some Mary

• Pretzel Crunch
• Heels To Heaven
• Low Flutter
• PE Crunches
