Quick back blast…It was a Good Friday stretch at The Joint. YHC was joined by three brothers.

Disclaimer given, we stretched, it started to rain…we mosied inside and continued to stretch. The theme today was long slow deep.

The music was classic rock.

Counted off and prayed us out.
