Warm-o-Rama at AO: windmills, cotton pickers, shoulder circles, shoulder stretch, butt-kickers and high knees AND jog w 17lb barbell to top of parking deck (leave barbells at top of deck) down stairwell and stop at bottom of steps at Carolina Courts.

That Thang: 10 burpees at bottom of stairs at Carolina Courts; jog to second floor of parking deck to perform 40 single reps of plank shoulder taps; and, jog to top of deck to perform 20 overhead squats w barbell and 15 barbell V-ups. Rinsed and repeated this cycle until Pax jogged back to AO returning barbells to Hip’s Chevy Truck at 0611. As to not dally around, QIC led pax around the block for an additional 4-mins of jogging.

Notes:
-Ticky attempted his best Cat imitation at Mary to BCR’s chagrin w the rooster strut and hand-megaphone announcement of “deer tick”, but it fell far from Cat’s greatness as a mere Elvis impersonator
-Thanks to Hip for bringing along his barbells to incorporate in QIC’s workout
-Hops, aka baby Anvil, logged 3 miles pre-workout solo

-Great pax as zero complaints verbalized
-Dang, Gooney ain’t even bipaxual no more— he full-fledged Kannon JV now to make him feel less-inferior physically— miss your company my man and your humor— visit us again soon, my friend?
-collective prayer for the many stricken w major health issues, including but not limited to Tick’s nephew, Indy’s daddy, Ace’s sitter, the Floyds, and also for Cat as he embarks on a South American mission trip this week, Trickdaddy who returns this week from South America, and Psycho who is recovering from a sudden injury and unexpected surgery.
-I have said this bf and it is true that I am very appreciative for f3 Concord’s brotherhood as y’all are my best friends and have facilitated me keeping my head above water and being a better friend, father, husband and lawyer though I strive and thirst for much more to be like Him as I want others to see Him in me.
