AA has been wearing down YHC to catch a movie after work – so that happened last night. Which means I had only a few minutes to come up with a beatdown. Thankfully, Big Tuna of Boondocks delivered a memorable beatdown (as in “easy to remember”).

Knowing is half the battle – showing is the other half. At 0525, the yellow Mazda at the AO assured me I wasn’t going to be alone. At 0530ish…0531 9 other PAX circled up for DISCLAIMER and then WARMARAMA.

• Mosey to Draco and SSH 15x IC (throw in some butt kickers, high knees and slides on the way for good measure)
• Mosey to parking lot (don’t forget to spice it up with some butt kicker, high knees and slides) and IST 15x IC
• Mosey to the back entrance of the school and line up along the wall for…’merkins 15x IC
• Stay put for MC 15x IC.
• Mosey to the playground

Mosey to parking lot for the following (all OYO):

• Go to one corner – 5 Burpees
• Go back to center – 10 jump squats

Repeat for each corner. Plank when finished waiting for the rest of the PAX (i.e. YHC) to complete all 4 corners.

Mosey to school’s back entrance for the 2nd round of Barracuda. For those rucking, ground the ruck. You’re welcome. A little more than 9 minutes AMRAP of the following (all OYO):

• Step Ups (each leg) 5x
• WWII 10x
• Air Press in people’s chair 15x
• Rocky Balboas (for those that remember to do them) 20x

Circle up for MARY

• Low Flutter 15x IC
• Butterknife 10x IC (new exercise – on your six, feet together, place your hands on the ground like a knife outside either foot, come all the way back WWII style while, hands go to the sides of your head, return)
• W 15x IC
