17 pax climbed out of the fartsack for a beatdown on a cool windy morning to start their weekend off right!

Mosey to switzerland and:
SSH’s x 50 IC
IST’s x 25 IC
Slow Cotton Pickers x 15 IC
Count off to form 7 groups
Mosey to center of brick sidewalk in front of main Research Center building

The Thang:
6 groups, or 7 since QIC, couldn’t count but we modified and were all good. After a brief and what QIC thought, clear explanation, all groups go to respective stations situated around the Horse Shoe.
Beginning station…timer station 10 burpees and move to next station…
Station 2: Merkins AMRAP
Station 3: WWII’s AMRAP
Station 4: Gorilla Humpers AMRAP
Station 5: Freddy Merk’s AMRAP
Station 6: Smurf Jacks AMRAP
Once beginning timer group finished 10 burpees they were to move to next station and once they arrived the merkin group move to WWII’s and so and so forth.  Basically becomes a domino effect that finally reaches the Smurf Jack station and they move to Burpee station and they become the next timer group.
Completed approx 3 rotations around the Horse shoe.

Moleskin: QIC was disobeyed by a carolina pax, not to be named, who thought QIC had workout set up wrong and said pax created a second timer group which wasn’t supposed to happen but actually ended up being a little better so you weren’t at each station for so long.  All pax should have reached failure at each station for sure due to the length of time we spent at each station…AMRAP was rough.

Prayers/Praises: Prayers for Shadow’s wife’s 92 y/o grandmother who fell the other week and hit her head as well as Catfish’s sales rep’s wife, El, who is dealing with immigration issues as she is Canadian. Praise to silverback’s mom who continues to be doing well in recovery after her brain surgery.
