Much confusion had ensued the night previous to today’s WOD, as no one was sure as to who was Q! BD ad FC fought it out with BD prevailing to become the Q of the day!

It is apparent that Catfish (who sold us out for CF3) and the AWARD winning Anvil were aware this would be the case as their FEAR drew a FartSack!! (or was it Anvils confusion over what CF3 and KF3 truly mean???)

For those 11 mighty and brave PAX who did show, they were welcomed by bitter cold, and a blue soon to eclipse Moon! Maybe due to the cause of all this confusion. (btw Indy only drew 7 @ Coal Train, BD is the Master Q of the day!!)

Make way to top of Deck the long way around using alternating means of Quadrophilia and Sprints on opposing Ramps, once at top descend and ascend stairway 3 times exit at top for 10 chest to ground Burpees, before Burpee broad jumping to opposing stairway, then ascend and descend 3 times exit at top for 10 Hipslappers, before burpee broad jumping back to first stairwell for a Rinse and Repeat until time is called!!!

Intention of the day was to slow the Gazelles at the front somehow as they usually scurry away! I will call this a WIN! as I witnessed the Gazelles walking at a certain point and both have expressed leg fatigue!!! The rest of us moved and our normal PACE! Slow as You Go but we all remained relatively close! There was very little chatter but a lot of heavy breathing the stairs were tough, No Lie but we all completed at least 9 floors with the Gazelles at 12 floors in the END. Good Work on a Hard WOD today Men! no one quit and everyone kept moving Major Gains happening here! and Amway didn’t throw up! or get a ticket! Great day for us all! Remember Red Friday at the MILL with Rooster anf The Murph! , and Wings of Eagles F1 and F2 time on Feb. 10th! Thanks again for allowing me to be a part of you guys and to lead!
