Prayer Requests/Announcements: Look me up’s work colleagues sister unexpectedly passed away, Frostbite’s uncle has Prostate cancer but thankfully caught early.  Mighty Mouse proud that Trick can now go to Brazil after keeping up with the pax during the QIC’s workout today.  NEW AO, Mineshaft, begins on 1/6/17.  I believe it’s the old location of El Dorado so should make for a very brutal AO.

Moleskin:  The morning started out with TMI from Look Me Up telling pax that he has to run in old crusty whitey-tighty’s, ONLY,  for about a mile since he came in last in his fantasy football league this year, after winning last year of course!  Frostbite audible was a good one and Mountie was excited to see a fellow mountie sitting in his “honey hole” around 0550 or so and if he was still on the city beat he would be using that location to catch up on some napping too.  Another good use of taxpayer money, along with BD’s new ride of course.  QIC tried hard to run of the post Christmas food and beverages as we covered approx 3.1 miles at about 9 min pace with pain stations and got in some speed work on the parking deck.  Great effort by all and thanks to those who posted…but no sign of sorry Homeland who claimed on slack he was posting but no showed.  Waiting to hear if he injured himself while stealing his children’s souped up john deere gator late last night.  Glad to be back as QIC in Concord for the first time and hope all enjoyed the workout.  4 at coffee for some good drinks and fellowship.

Always an honor,

Fire Chicken
