4 PAX made the day altering decision to come partake of some pain in the rain.  At a balmy 54 degrees, it was far from cold and here’s how it went down…

The Thang
Mosey to the back lot to gather our concrete companions for the morning (bricks and blocks).  From under the breezeway:
Block Curls x 20IC followed by 10 Derkins
Block Curls x 15IC followed by 10 Derkins
Block Curls x 10IC followed by 10 Derkins
YHC was about to stop here, but Oboe insisted we continue so…
Block Curls x 5IC followed by…yep 10 Derkins
Next up,
Block Chest Press x 15IC followed by 20 LBC
Block Chest Press x 10IC followed by 20 LBC
Block Chest Press x 5IC followed by 20 LBC

You get the routine…Other exercise combos included:
Block bent over row (x15/10/5 IC) all followed by Block Dips
Brick shoulder press (x15/10/5 IC) all followed by Mountain Climbers
At this juncture a teacher, whom also happens to be a Veteran, stopped to offer us a short story of early morning PT and grunting Marines and encouraged the PAX to “do 10 more for her”.  So we obliged, 10 more brick should press counted off by Oboe.
