After displaying my kinder/gentler side last night by sending nice emails and Slack messages to encourage guys to start posting again and not being skeered of less than optimal temperatures, I was anxious to see who showed today.  It was cold and apparently no one read my nice messages yesterday :-(.  However, @Pony Boy paid us a visit from #Highlands and @Forgotten Jelly decided to join us after a week of intentional fartsacking.  He completed one race and needed a whole week off to recover.  WTF!?   @Ranger has been a regular #Skeddadle attender lately and his slowly increasing his distance.  Keep it up @Ranger!!!!!!

The four of us started off by hitting the greenway into the hall and running up and down some hills in that section of the hood before returning to the Manor House near the two-mile mark to drop @Ranger Off.   We picked up @Hammer just before getting back on the greenway.  He was late, but still knocked out four miles.  Well done, brother!

@Ranger was having none of being dropped off and wanted to do the #Skedaddle Loop with us.  TClaps for stepping up you game, brother!  We did an extra .5 mile loop at the end to get me to four miles.  Thanks to @Pony Boy and @Forgotten Jelly for pushing me through it.  I was tired and my legs were dead after a long run on Sat.  You guys kept me honest and made me keep going when I wanted to stop.  #ISI.
