We ran ’round the parking lot (with some backwards running and karaoke mixed in).

We did SSH x 20 IC, Merkins x 10 IC, Mtn Climbers x 10 IC, Peter Parkers x 10 IC, Monkey Humpers x 20 IC

Run to the track: Four laps (lap 1 = 10 burpees; lap 2 = 20 merkins; lap 3 = 30 R.twists; lap 4 = 40 LBCs).

Run & fetch a pallet and then trot to the hill behind the Gunnery …clip board dude with the pallet (2 rounds) – – – > clip board dude runs up the hill and around the light pole and then back down.

Run to B2W station …1 min. PAUSE 30 sec.

Run to dips and derkins station – – – > 2 rounds (dips = 20 total; derkins = 20 total).

40 jump-ups

4 laps round the parking lot (lap 1 = 20 R.twists; lap 2 = 20 Mtn.Climbers; lap 3 = 20 Air Squats; lap 4 = 20 Merkins).
