Continue to the hospital parking deck

Pax partners up
o       10 cliffhanger merkins at the top
mineshaft down to the boottom floor
o       Lunge walk across the bottom (this was harder than anticipated)
o       Repeato, because it was so much fun

Run back to the AO

–      Stop at the hill for a quick ladder

• Run up the hill – 3 burpees, back down
• Run up the hill – 2 burpees, back down

• Back at the AO:
  o       5 pull ups
  o       Curls/overhead lifts with a rock x 10
  o       Run around AO with a stop at the shelter for 10 V-ups

• Good to see some pax I have not seen in a while (S&W, Popeye and Ma Belle) S&W’s son Colt 45 is coming home on Thursday – great news
• Backdraft’s absence was noted, he must have started celebrating early
• Props to Tick for coming out without his co-pilot, who is allegedly on a fishing a trip, although we have not seen any pictures of the fish, perhaps a romantic getaway with JT or a Vegas March Madness trip cleverly disguised
