The Thang

Whiffle ball Home Run Derby using the sidewalk traffic circle as the field. 

Each batter gets 5 hits 

After each at bat, the group runs the circle 1 time, plus 10 merkins, 10 LBC’s, 10 air squats. 

Bonus

Batter hits a HR= add 1 burpee to that exercises performed by the fielders. 

Fielders catch a pop fly= add 1 burpee to the exercises performed by the batter

Just enough time for everyone to bat. Some moonshot HR’s, some pop flys, some fouls balls, and some whiffs!

Mosey back up mugga stopping at the bridge for one more round of 10,10,10 exercises. Mosey back to OCT. 

Mary= no time for that.
