Just like Skinner’s hills, there are 4 hill type directions to go, up to Cabarrus, up to Corban, up Means to Church, and down to the bend of Mugga.  Just like Skinner’s, we did exercises between each hill, 15 each (dry docks, reverse crunches, lunges).  Just like Skinner’s, repeato.

After 2 rounds, mosey back by way of Cabarrus to

Prayers for Marlboro’s neighbor Sean, Deb, Cat and others dealing with cancer, prayers for Ruthie and praises for the community rallying around with fundraisers.  Prayers for the country as we near July 4th and the 250th, safe travels for all.

MOLESKIN

Everyone went and got it, new and old, Beginner’s hills still had everyone sweating. Could be the heat, but we all got what we needed out of it.  Groups ended up getting together, and pushing hard for a total of just over 2.5 miles.

Everyone support your country tonight, and over the weekend, we really are lucky as hell to have been born here.  Count your blessings.  All these Europeans coming over here for the World Cup are realizing they’ve been lied to and we are a damn nation to behold.  Our food, our culture, our people, all of it is money.  What other country would give Tomby freedom of speech?  Enjoy it brothers.
