Mosey up Cabarrus past entrance to Skinners Hills taking a right on McCachern, back to law office parking lot at top of Mugga. 

Thang 2

Round 2 of peoples choice. 9 exercises completed. 

Mosey to the law office of El Abagato.  

Thang 3

4 basketballs. 

Form a line. 

Shoot a free throw. 

Miss shot =5 burpees

Make shot = back in line. Repeato for a 5 ish rounds. 

Transition to Knockout. 

Get knocked out = air squats until round is over.
