we moseyed around town. Visiting the boys and girls club; Cabarrus avenue; the top of the new deck.

we stopped periodically for exercises:
planks; reverse crunches; dying cockroaches; star jumps.

We circled back to OCT a couple times to do some thrusters with a bloc.

we also ran some stairs in the parking deck.
