4 men embarked on an adventure around downtown similar but different than a college road trip to Daytona for spring break. It went like this

Warmarama:

Mosey on down to Carolina Courts

SSH, IST, Penny Pickers, Arm Circles

The Thang:

Mosey up to Courthouse Courtyard

10 each:

Merkins, Squats, WWIIs, Lunges (Each Leg), Flutter Kicks, Box Jumps/StepUps, Dips

Lap around Courthouse repeato adding one rep after each rotation

Mary: Stretch on your own

Prayers: Prayer for all PAX traveling and their families, health for those suffering. Praise and thank you to everyone for your generosity, compassion and love you shown our family, especially Ruthie. She’s doing great!

Moleskin:

Seems like most everyone is off on a grand vacation for spring break to the chagrin of my youngest. Life happens, but what a blessed life! As I am typing, got a call from the M that Ruthie graduated from OT and doesn’t need it! She has progressed fast! Going through these trials makes you appreciate life. We discussed this morning that there was a time you got one vacation per year, if you were lucky, and that started and ended with Cherry Grove, OD and North Myrtle. Now look at us. The four PAX who made it still had some good times. Grover showed his ass, literally. We had tunes and set up beside some water, albeit a fountain in the courtyard. Wet t-shirts, but no contest, QIC didn’t want to show off in front of the amateurs. Man boobs and a hernia are not a sight to see at 6 in the morning. We even had a vagrant eyeing up Q’s phone and Turtlebox, but thankfully Firechicken, Loveboat and Grover were a little quicker around the courthouse to extinguish an escalation. “Pig Pen” made sure to let us know where his stuff was in relation to Q’s. Firechicken in particular was worried about his gloves. Also may have avoided said hobo’s bath time in the fountain. All in all, was a good to get out, workout and have community. Whether in spring break or a staycation, 20 or 4, always good to be around the homies! Thankfully we stayed on the outside of  the courthouse on this spring break. El Ab not needed!
