Moleskin:
1. The Fab Five of Concord’s most elite braved the Thursday morning frigity at ASEC on a balmy, 24degree January morning. We all looked and found a dry spot in Belk’s parking lot to do a regurgitated workout from years past, but a good one. Sometimes, It’s OK to make one up on the fly, especially when you get in late! It’s always a great day working out with your home boys!
2. We never know how the previous night’s supper is going to agree with our bowels when we workout together in the early morning and sometimes it’s necessary to take appropriate counter measures. Such was the dilemma Spud faced this morning. Halfway through the workout ,it was apparent the flight his bowels had taken disapproved of the strain and it was time to look for possible landing spots. The trusty woods and frozen leaves wouldn’t do, so Spud set out on his own as we made our way back to ASEC. A few minutes later he arrived at Mary looking relieved and refreshed. Thankgoodness Exxon opens at 6:00am! Good overall body workout with 2.2 miles of jogging this morning.
3. Coffeetime was fine this morning and looking forward to more bad weather over the weekend.
4. Thanks for letting me lead today. Always a pleasure!
