They have really stepped up their game on wednesdays. Not only does Moonlight do a 2 mi pre-run, but they have a regular 1-mile warm-up at a 8 minute pace. That is much faster than my normal pace but I obliged them the best I could.

That and my general lack of F3 in the past month led me to be on The Struggle Bus throughout the whole workout. I had to modify my own plan of power ups, burpees and star jumps to a embarrassing level.

I gotta put down the cookies and pick up the beanies for the morning workouts.
