2 point Suicides in front of K & W, with exercises at the end and a speakerboxxx playing some sad tunes that everyone loved and nobody thought were anywhere bordering on anything other than strong masculinity.
After the suicide, hit 3 burpees, 10 squats, 15 dying cockroaches (RIP), and 20 calf raises on the curb.
After 3 rounds, switch the 10 and the 20 to Dry docks and Lunges Respectively
After another 3, switch the 10 and 20 to hand release merkins and low flutters.
Finally, change the 10 and 20 to Bobby Hurleys and reverse crunches.

Continued prayers for Deb, and Prayer’s for Loveboat’s gramps in the hospital after some suspected mini-strokes. Prayers for recoveries on both. Also ROWAN BIG BAND is LIVE STREAMING. Make sure your wives keep a towel between their legs if watching at home.
MOLESKIN
Good day to get lots of reps. Ended up with a sneaky 36 burpees, 180 dying cockroaches, and lots of other stuff amongst the 2+ miles. I told TP we would not be running far and all pax hung in enormously well. QIC got rave reviews on the musical selections. Lots of suckers headed to the big box gym a few doors down, not realizing the real men were out in the parking lot as they roid up in the bathroom and walk on their treadmill. Talking to an F3 bro is way better than talking to a fern.
While K & W’s food often bordered on inedible, there was something about it that our grandparents seemed to love. Maybe it was the sense of community, maybe it was the low sodium options, maybe it was just the fact that the people serving them were older than they were, but when I started dating my wife, we used to eat there most Sundays after church. I couldn’t stand it, and we pretty much stopped eating there after they passed, but there is something about the ideal of the old school cafeteria that brings a sense of nostalgia for the past. I guess it’s sad to see it go, which is why I wanted to honor it’s memory in the best way I know how: with my bros celebrating the cockroach infestation. Thanks for sharing in the grief with me.

“I think K&W’s been here since the 30s,” Woodley said. “I was born in 1943, so I remember coming up with my mom when I was a little kid. I brought a parakeet one day and it got loose in the restaurant, so that kind of shook up everybody. But a gentleman finally caught it and put it back in the cage.” – long time K & W connoisseur Ron Woodley, age 82
