mosey to Edward Jones parking lot for warm up.

THE THANG

started with a 1 mile timed run. Mapped course starting from Union st/cordan, down union st south to Hilcrest, and back.
I didn’t record all times, but Tomby was quickest at 6:40. Spud was about 7:05 with Psycho a few seconds behind. Your humble Q finished about 7:40. Everyone was under 10 minutes with double respect Total Package finishing at 9:35

after the mile, we moseyed around, stopping periodically for a core focused pain stations.

also stopped to admire the beautiful NC sunrise from atop the parking deck.

got some stair work in as well.

we prayed for 2 opposing life events:

We prayed for Deb and the Gilmore family as she continues her battle with Cancer.
we also prayed for Tomby and Charlotte as Will announced Charlotte is pregnant with a baby girl – due in about 6 months. CONGRATS!!!

you guys are the best. Thanks for putting up with me.
