WARM UP

Mosey to Staples, where tales of @indy were first brought up making copies/printing for his staff meeting.

• IST x 10
• Loose Change x 10
• Arm Circles

Then mosey to VISITOR DECK, oops, locked door, try again, mosey to VISITOR DECK, damnit locked door again, eventually find a way in and up the stairs to the top for DAT THANG

Head to a corner for 10 Core Killers, then to the opposite corner for 10 4 count KGBs.  Here is where TP advised that Indy was “fat as hell”.

Then mosey down the ramp to floor 3 to a corner for 20 4 court dying cockroaches, then to the opposite corner for 20 low flutter 4 count.

Back up the ramp to start and REPEATO two more times until time called.

Good solid burner to target the abs to complement FC’s upper body burner yesterday. Just under 3 miles.  Everyone getting it good. Was told that our friend Indy had packed on between 30 and 40 pounds, but am skeptical.  Need him to show up to a beatdown to assess.  Women use fake compliments to get their juices flowing, we use shit talking.  That’s our love language.  F3Concord is the perfect place for the consummate shit talker.  Best way to keep each other accountable.  Show up and let’s talk shit together, or at least all aim it at pincushion Tomby.
