Eleven men gathered in the cold and gloom to push themselves to get stronger. Since the World Series is in full swing, we “ran” the bases and at each base we performed the exercises. Here’s how the fun went down:
THE THANG:
Home Plate:
30 Merkins
30 Jump Squats
30 LBCs
10 Burbees – run to 1st
1st Base:
30 Air Presses
30 American Hammers (L/R=1)
30 Mt. Climbers
10 Burpees – run to 2nd
2nd Base:
30 Flutterkicks (L/R=1)
30 Squats
30 Shoulder Taps (L/R=1)
10 Burpees – run to 3rd
3rd Base:
30 Apollo Ohnos
30 Plank Jacks
30 Box Cutters
10 Burpees
MARY: People’s MARY
The W: Othello
Modified Squirm: Constitution
Dying Cockroach: Uncle Floyd
Low Flutter: Ace
You know when you have a tough workout when Othello tells you not to resurrect it again! This was a workout I “liberated” from Gamma, and I trust it was worth your time to come out in less than ideal conditions. I tied the workout in with the World Series and threw in some World Series trivia to boot. Exit knew many of the answers to the trivia questions. His baseball knowledge is incredible. The rain did hold off for the most part until the repeat of home plate, at which point we took shelter under the portico. We could have stayed out in the elements, but then we would have missed welcoming all the fine educators coming into work. Thanks for playing along and I hope you feel the burn.

Excellent work by all. It was good to see the new, young faces in the crowd. It is official, two new PAX member got their F3 names this morning. Welcome to Belfort and Wilson!
Prayers for Lily, Christian, Katerina, Shelly, Todd and for those unspoken PAX members who are going through some challenging times.
Bradford Park Turkey Trot is coming soon. Look to the newsletter for the signup link.
