Start with 10 each of Curl, push press, skull crusher, bent over row, and block free reverse crunches.  Mosey Tomby’s block.  Then back to AO and add 3 reps, and also add another block, second time, Mosey down to Georgia, and back up, add 3 reps, mosey up Grove to Union, back down to Georgia and back to AO, add 3, then up Killarney to Church, then back down to GA, and back to AO, finally, add 3 more, put away blocks, then mosey down Southern Strain street (nobody knows actual name), then cut back up by the car wash, and come back by way of Yorktown to

prayed for Jamaica and that area about to get smoked by a Major Hurricane.  Also, good job Mayweather on finishing the 70.3, also, Hash run next Saturday.  Do it, lots of fun, Java does a great job.

MOLESKIN

Nice and easy beatdown for me, with limited effort but lots of pain.  Reps added up, miles added up and we got around 4.7 and 300+ lifts.  Coffee at the Nook was good, albeit delayed.  Why would a coffee shop have the coffee brewed 30+ minutes after opening?  Just makes you appreciate the effort P & P always puts in for us.  Marlboro joined us for coffee post-Lowe’s, as did Anvil post 22 miles.  Attaboy, keep pushing.

Needed it, got it.  Ain’t easy, but we keep pushing because that’s what we are blessed to do.  Everyone has the way, but not everyone has the will, and that’s what it takes to roll out of bed and do what most folks won’t.  You can be the most gifted person in the world, but if you don’t have the stones and the want-to, you’re stuck in neutral.  I used to be in neutral, but I look at all the awesome stuff the men of this group do, and it pulls me out of bed in the morning.  Easy to stay in, always do the hard thing.
