Trifecta, trio, three amigos, however you want to say it….the two HIMs showed up ready to show out and receive a serious smack down. Then they realized what was up, it was the last Thursday of the month. Out of the woodwork came the somewhat familiar face of YHC.

THE THANG:
Mosey around and cause some mischief.
About 2.5 miles and a few exercises mixed in
Bears were crawling
Crawls were bearing
We lunged forward and we lunged backward
Passport said he would pass on the backwards lunge walk. Can’t really blame him since he decided to do a little pre-workout sleep run…to the tune of 4 miles.

We did a few merkins, mined some diamonds, and even managed a pull-up or 10.
I like my ice cream dipped, so yeah, we did a few dips
Passport dipped out early to get to work…so we made sure he got in his low flutters and low dollies
Hawkeye and I continued on, making the loop in the park doing more of the same, finally making our way back to home base.

THE SKINNY:
YHC came across another guy running in Oldenburg….a rarity in Mt. Pleasant. I didn’t recognize him….In my defense, he has cut is hair since I had last seen him, and no longer has the long flowing locks that he once had. I was tempted to turn around and run with this stranger, making a little small talk, but I was on a time crunch to make the loop through Oldenburg and back to the park by 5:30, so I cruised on…..I guess you should always go with your gut. Maybe next time.
