Solid Tuesday.  Good Vibes.  Workout, of course, was one of the years best and should be voted on.

Prayers:  Praise for Cat being able to talk about higher things with different people, My Pops recovery and Leukemia/Stress blood stuff from his surgery, and something else I cannot recall (my apologies).

Post WO wrap – we did it.  We started a day before 5 am.  Got our heart rate up.  Beat that alarm.  Did something hard.  Makes other hard stuff a tick easier the rest of the day.  I am a sad sack if I have intentions to get up and don’t.  Grumpy and lethargic.  Something magical about it.  Call up that dude you know that needs it and find a way to get them out.  Even if it’s not in Concord.  Peace, Love and best of wishes this football season. As for me.  I’ll have grass to cut, woods to clear, projects to do, and soccer games to attend to on Saturdays this fall.  So I ain’t glued to that tv all day.  Plus I’m too cheap and poor to pay extra just to watch a mediocre (maybe decent) Hokie football team this year.
