Mosey across crazy Lake Concord road down LePhilip AKA Frenchy Road to the accountant’s office we always cut behind for

Then time for

4 station workout creating a makeshift quadrilateral of sorts.  Start where we warmed up for 10 dry docks, then mosey back behind the office over to the dragstrip for 10 WWIIs, then mosey down dragstrip to the end for 20 squats, then back behind the last building past Sleepy Sam the Homeless Man for 20 single count LBCs.  Mosey back down Frenchy road to where we started and repeato, adding 5 twice, and then back down.  Most finished 5 rotations and got around 3 miles.  PR and Marlboro ran ahead, presumably to make out.  Indy and TP intrepidly maintained a gentleman’s pace.  The Q and the rest of the pax went with the medium group and noted that both the lip lockers and the incontinence crew had disappeared, so ran backwards, but then found them at

Prayed for Keeley’s brother Josh as the family was called in, along with praises for Ezekiel’s mom’s 61st birthday, may she keep chugging along.  Trail run on Monday, let’s get a solid number to show up and test out these trail running shoes.  Hopefully my buddy has a size 4.5 for Tomby.

MOLESKIN

Good day to get it.  Ankle feeling better, still sucks outside, but we got some solid mileage in and some solid reps in.  Solid Thursday crowd with the return of INDY! fresh off having his legs lasered in what sounds to be some bionic surgery designed to prepare him to become an android.  He said the surgery was “expensive” which means probably somewhere in the seven figure range.  Great to have him back to give TP and Phidip some much needed company in the 60s range.  Much talk about many different topics.  Mayweather, El Ab, Bozey all showed up apres swim and brought their own special brand of levity to the group.  Many important things were discussed.  Don’t get tossed from CCC or you’ll become a common subject of coffee for a while.  Thanks for being the inspiration to show up every morning, I ain’t doin that shit alone.
