WARMUP: disappointed in the PAX but we got it done.
THE THANG: lots of hard work then 25 minutes of hitting all the stairs in the stadium with 2 burpees at the top of each row. It was a burner.
MARY: a little bit of stretching
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Requesting the PAX to ask themselves if we need 5 days during the week. A lot of wear and tear showing up and spreading out the #s. More #s and less days may be the way to go? Less is more sometimes.
COT: Franco takes us out with a prayer. Really proud of him for not complaining one time or asking to stop early with only 2 of us.
