Basketball game of 3-on-4 (shirts and skins style) and some old school Knockout basketball game– 10 burpees and 13 (IC) eddie merks— mosey around the block

Rinse and Repeat until headed back to OCT around 0625

Notes:

-Dan– not Danny, not Daniel,not Dan Dan– it’s only DAN– surprised me with a sweet jumper and adept court awareness

-Tomby came alive in the knockout game and drained many consecutive jumpers– gonna call that cracker, “White Chocolate”
