– Mosey to 1st base
– SSH x15
– Mosey to 2nd base
– Arm circles
– Seal claps x15
– Mosey to 3rd base
– Air squats x15
– Mosey home (start point)
– 75 merkins for 75th the CWS in Omaha
– Run around bases
– 8 rounds (for the 8 teams who make the CWS) of:
– 5 burpees slick
– 5 ruck curls
– 5 sandbag deadlift
– Ruck around bases
– 20 clean & press for LSU’s 20th trip to the CWS
– Ruck + sandbag around the bases
– 57 air squats for first time since 1957 there are no repeat participants from the previous year
– 1 ruck lap for Murray State and their first trip to the CWS

– Prayers for quick healing of Scrum’s foot and for everyone traveling now or soon.
– Nobody likes a geometry bully, Handy Manny. Those baselines were all the same length with perfect right angles in my mind.
