> Rainy start to a day full of rain. But we started the day right.

> Zig zag the parking lot for some light warm up. Head to the upper lot and grab a block.

> Take block to the usual Mary location.
> The thang:

> 10 curls, 10 squats, 10 merks, 10 lbc’s
> Head out to end of lot and turn right or left. Go right, 5 burpees. Go left, 20 squats. Back to the block and add 2. Get to 20 and start back at 10.
> Everyong got through 1 round and beyond. Q told each person to call out an exercise of 10 reps. Started with PR and he woke up feeling like Grover. 2 rounds of called exercise and time was up.
> Few stretches, prayers and the fake the block back and head to coffee.

> Was a good morning, wet but was great to not be saw logs on the pillow.

> Always realize how much I enjoy showing up for the beatdowns and knew it was time to step up and lead. Leading such a solid group of men is encouraging and an honor. I need to do it more. Hold me accountable and call me out. I got to get ready for land and lakes.
