Well it was another one of those @NoOne had the Q mornings. There was mention and threat of a Sharknado but thankfully the forecast cleared and Sharknado was avoided. A few how does and off 4 men went.

WARMUP:
Mosey for quite a bit making a detour from the usual route following the car pool pylons and back along to the end of the school by the auto repair area.
A little of the normal warmup exercises were completed.

THE THANG:
Mosey back to the courtyard with Mericans on the way at each light post.

Did multiple 3 rounds of exercises in 20/15/10 count reps

Mosey to bubble gum alley for some more fun of rounds of 20/15/10.

MARY:
Lots of reps of various core exercises.
