THE THANG: JD’s Lot
Grab rucks and sandbags and head to JD’s new lot where we realized that JD’s field is pretty much 100% still intact and the lot was just an expansion project. We did a lap to find that it is about .32 miles. Four corners workout commenced. SB clean and press. Ruck squat. Ruck Merkins. Ruck calf raises. Those constituted the four corners.
MARY: back to the main lot for minimal stretching and OMG prep

COT: Prayers for Hacksaws M
MOLESKIN: Well, if we were expecting anything momentous from a newly paved parking lot, those expectations were not realized. It had some decent views of the area from its elevated position…but that’s about it. Got nearly 2.5 miles as we kept the three amigos week going as an inadvertant Cinco De Mayo weeklong celebration. Solid return to OMG as we missed last week. Not sure we missed the kinda weird old UNCC professor who stopped by the table for some unsolicited jokes, but it is what it is. Safe travels to those out of town and see you next week.
