Warm Up

Run to parking pad behind Southern Strain amongst complaints but the immaculate warmup awaited.

Little increasing circuit, starting with 10 reps each at Wilson Park: Walk Out Merks, Bobby Hurleys, WWIIs

The go up WILSON HILL to the corner of Wilson and Cabarrus for 15 each of: merkins, reverse crunches, squats, then back to Wilson park for the 10 reps

After that head back up WILSON HILL for the 15 reps, then down Cabarrus to the greenway entrance for 20 each of: dry docks, low flutter, lunges (10 each leg), and run back to Wilson Park

Q then called a minor audible, and after the 10 reps at Wilson, mosey through the park to the Greenway for 25 each of: Star jumps, LBCs, hand release merks (ugh), then back to the 20 reps and the 15 reps up Cabarrus, then mosey back to OCT for

Prayed for Neverland’s aunt Janice who was recently diagnosed with cancer, and Marlboro’s friend who has been kidnapped for ransom in Africa. Yep.

MOLESKIN

It sucked, there were hills, we ascended and descended many times.  Lots of reps too.  The audible got us all back right in time. 4 miles of fun.  Everyone got yard and stayed hard.  Mayweather joined us for coffee after snapping off 10 miles.

Baby Billy’s a bit of a joke, but there’s a lot of truth in Gemstones.  There are plenty of people out there that talk talk talk about how religious they are, their high levels of piety, only to act like hypocritical jokes of human beings, in complete opposition to how they act.  This group is often rude, crude, and downright disgusting.  This group is also full of guys who would give you the shirt off their back and the last dollar in their wallet.  And that’s not just to F3 guys, that’s to pretty much anyone in general.  That’s why I’m drawn to this group, because we don’t talk about it, we are about it, and support our families, each other, and our community.  I appreciate how real you all are.
