On our six and form a circle. Each of the PAX Bearcrawls around the circle, but before he takes off, he calls out the exercise to be done while he’s crawling around the circle. Unfortunate with my triple respect’s memory, these are the exercises I remember, (feel free to correct me), Heels to Heaven – Murtagh, Superman pulses – SS Minnow, JLo – Gold Rush (surprised that Constitution did not call this one!), Homer to Marge – JD.
