Back up to rock pile –
6 (or 7) total stations
Station 1 at upper lot:  10 curls, 10 OHP, 10 Rows
Station 2 at back lot:  10 Merkin’s, 10 Freddie Merks
Station 3 at lot most park in:  Lunges length of almost all of the parking spaces
Station 4 in courtyard:  20 dips
Station 5 at lower lot:  5 burpees
Quick pace up the hill to get the heart rate into zone 4 or 5.  Once you get to the top, slow pace or walk all the way back for recovery and start over.  If down, grab a few pull ups on the way

3-3.5 total circuits completed.

Few stretches at Mary

Prayers for Charlotte getting something scooped off her forehead today.  Praise for Wes Caudle.  Met him yesterday.  Already stronger and better looking than his dad.  By far.  Prayers for all the rest of you bums that were either sleeping in or getting “swole” at gyms around town.  Or your own garage.  Good morning.  70ish degrees made it a little swampy.  Discussions during the workout about whether Spud should spend a little money on his current Dyke mobile or trade it in for a new power stroke diesel.  Brickyard please talk to Spud about how life changing a big diesel is.  Coffee talk about the specific shape of these torpedo bags.  I don’t watch baseball.  And I’ve even heard of these things.  Mayweather left us in tears after Liberation Day was exclaimed yesterday.  Our recent trip to DC was a mixed bag of thoughts/emotions.  On one hand your witnessing some humble/wise/benevolent leaders.  On the other hand you’ve got some of the most power hungry/selfish/arrogant people.  They ain’t us.  They don’t feel what we feel.  They don’t think like we think.  They don’t feel the effects of most of their policies.  But yet.  The specific way in which our country was established was intended to limit their power.  Is it working still?  I don’t put much faith in that whole system.  Too much subterfuge.  I need simple.  Straight forward.  Things I can rely on.  Like some of you pricks.  Reliable if nothing else.  Preciate you having my back.
