Corner at the Mill was pretty empty, this morning. Callouts yesterday were largely ineffective, steady Big Tuna (aka Cal Ripken), with roughly 1650 career posts was ready and waiting.
WARMUP:
Mosey to rarely-used pavilion down by the church, for some warmup, SSH, Windmill, Penny Pickers, Merkins, plank jacks.
THE THANG:
Mosey down to Dale.
Roll through 5 exercises, bumping reps by one each time, starting at 5 through 10, with lap in between.
Exercises were:
– Dips
– Squats
– Merkins
– Step ups
– Core Killers
To the Swanee, catch a show maybe, but instead make use of the wall for Peoples Chair, Mike Tysons, Donkey Kicks for 2 rounds, then add in balls-to-the-wall, before heading back.
