Always enjoy leading this group. Lots of fun. Got 3 miles in on a path less traveled. Some sneaky hills. Trying to prepare for LOL, but, at this point, we are who we are physically. It’s the mental hurdles we have to get over. We are all capable of hard things. That’s why we show on cold mornings to do unknown activities, that are all similar, just presented in different forms….much like the challenges we face each day. The past couple of weeks have been draining on Q’s mentals to say the least. Showing to post with this group is a brief respite from reality and a reset of the mind to show we can continue to do hard things, if we just show and lean on each other. When we do, the view from the top of the hills encourage us of what we can accomplish after going through the valleys. Keep Going!

In His Service,

Mayhem

”On the mountains, I will bow my lifeTo the One who set me thereIn the valley, I will lift my eyes to the One who sees me thereWhen I’m standing on the mountain, I didn’t get there on my ownWhen I’m walking through the valley I know I am not aloneYou’re God of the hills and valleys” – Tauren Wells
