With the temps in the 20s, 8 hearty souls didn’t let the cold keep them from a hearty workout. The clock hit 05:30 and here’s the results.

Indian run around left-side of school to third picnic area and partner up, partner 1 runs, while partner 2 stays and exercises until partner 1 returns
P1: Run to the first picnic area: 10 x Jump Squats; P2: Declined Merkins, swap
P1: Run: 20 x 4-count Crunchy Frogs; P2: Step-ups, swap
P1: Run: 30 x Inclined Merkins; P2: Superman Pulses, swap

MOLESKIN:
Much, much chatter going down this morning, especially about the Gremlin. The workout was designed to keep everyone moving and it worked. With the cold temps, moving like we did, you didn’t have time to get cold. A couple of take aways from this morning: 1) agree with Uncle Floyd, you can go further with the Indian run. I like the pace of the Indian run, and 2) the ground around the backside of the school is uneven and fairly soft, (thank goodness). My stumble was unscripted, so glad it was not the sidewalk. Should have tried to pass on the left! Thanks for playing along. Always an honor to Q.
