MOLESKIN:
TBH, YHC was a bit disappointed with the rain. Had something unique planned, but that one will have to wait. Plus, planning a ‘ruck’ workout for the tunnel, well, you know… However, since it was raining pretty heavy, we relocated to the tunnel. Eventually Hacksaw showed up (to all of our surprise, we thought maybe he wasn’t allowed to go out in the rain) and we all learned that there are 4 other tunnels at the speedway. YHC, usually just looks through some of my old workouts in situations like this and it turns out that destiny was on our side as we did a bunch of pickle pokers and Superman’s, getting us all ready for Valentine’s day! Maybe putting on a show for the folks already in the Speedway office as well. Eventually the rain did stop, first on the West side of the tunnel and eventually on the East side and we took the opportunity to get a short ruck in. Mumblechatter about how long of rucks some of the Pax have done, and other misc useless items. Hopefully the Pax felt the workout was good, I know they always enjoy the bears…. Good being out there again, and Always an Honor!
