10 men decided to get up and attack the day straight on.

then we had a timed 1 mile run. Simple course. Started in front of courthouse. Run down Union st south to hillcrest and back. I propped up my technologically advance phone at the finish line with the AI powered stopwatch running so everyone could see their time as they finished. Tombstone and mani/pedi finished at 6:26. Pretty sure LMU was up there or close. Smokey and I finished at 7:50. I have no accounting for other times.

after the last stair run, we stayed at the top for some core and upper body exercises.

the plan was to mosey back to OCT for some block work. However, on arrival, we discovered the blocks were inaccessible. We also found a jacked Brickyard curling dumbbells. I ended up asking brickyard to call out a few exercises in place of the blocks.

this was a great morning. Perfect weather and perfect group. You guys are the best and keep me honest. Welcome to our visitor Mani/pedi. He showed out right away keeping up with Tomby. He said he was gonna post for Grover’s burpy/suicides. Can not confirm if that happened as I pussed out in my bed.
