5 of Harrisburg’s HIMs gathered in the chilly gloom for a round of 9s, all 9s, (for the most part). The clock struck 05:30 and off we went. Mosey to the parking area in front of the practice field and after a very brief disclaimer, here is what happened:

Mosey to the wall and
Donkey Kicks X 9 run to the other side of the field, then
Jump Squats X 9 run back to wall. Repeat this sequence until done

Mosey to the Bullpen and

Run to light pole just past the end of the tennis courts

Mosey to the curb at the parking lot closest to the wall and
Run to
1st white stripe – WWIIs X 9 run back to curb
2nd stripe – Bobby Hurleys X 9 back to curb
3rd stripe – Merkins X 9 back to curb
4th stripe – Heels to Heaven X 9 back to curb
Curb on other side of the parking – Freddie Mercurys x 9

MOLESKIN:

Great work by all. From what I could observe, everyone kept moving and hustling the entire period. Timing was slightly off on the last set of exercises, so I called a repeato. It looks like Dr. Lecter and Murtaugh did some extra laps while the rest of the group finished, well almost finished.  No time to run back to the curb on the final set. Thanks for playing along.

Constitution figured out the significance of the 9 count on the reps. I do not remember the exact date of my first post, but it was very close to the same date 9 years ago. F3 has had a significant impact on my life, and I am continually impressed with the commitment and the caliber of the men contributing to this thing we call F3. It has been and continues to be a fantastic journey.
