Mosey around Grove to the parking deck and back to the police department to plank up at the statue and discuss Ofc Shuping and his legacy.

Mosey to Carolina Courts for some stretches, along with 44 SSH AND 34 LBC

Mosey back to OCT for 4 corners.

Corner 1- 15 merkins
Corner 2- 15 squats
Corner 3- block work
Corner 4- Ab station – do 15 IC of what makes you happy. I saw KGBs, low flutters, WWIIs, and more.

Mosey up Grove for 2 burpees, back to OCT and repeat. Maybe 5-6 rounds??
