THE THANG: Another mosey took us to the parking lot of MP Methodist where we found that the stage had been set for an Uphill Battle workout. Single Sprints up the hill and then down to the bottom for various exercises. Extra Credit waas administered for completion of Round 1.

MARY: back to the site of the new F3 Tiger Town flag flowing in the wind for some LBC’s, and bull_f3’s favorite Hello Dolly’s and low flutters.

Event Details

Friday, October 25th we will be hosting our second GLOW Mission Gala. This will be a night that you do not want to miss. We will begin at 6 PM with a time to mix and mingle, enjoy some appetizers, and take photos together. At 7 PM we will begin the main event, starting with a meal followed by a presentation of all that GLOW has been doing both domestically with Camp GLOW and internationally in Ukraine, we will also share some exciting things coming up in 2025!

You can either sponsor a table or purchase tickets for general admission. We cannot wait to share this night with you!
