Butt kickers and high knees, and solider kicks up to the upper lot for

• SSH x 15
• IST x 10
• Loose chg x 10
• Arm Circles

Grab a plate, head to the parking row closest to the rock lot.  Speakerbox beatdown. 2 bands on the playlist, Creed and Nickelback.  Run a double circle suicide, one row down and then two rows down.  If Creed is playing, 10 curl push press skull crushers.  If Nickelback in playing, 10 core killer-WWII combos- aka Chernobyls. Rock out for around 35 minutes.  Time called, head to

All enjoyed the chatter that comes with a ridiculous speakerbox workout.  Creed isn’t horrible.  Nickelback is pretty horrible.  Neverland enjoyed it all.  Always good to do dumb stuff and get almost 2.5 miles in the process. Always sneaky mileage on these. Coffee always great.  Talked about all of the things.
