THE THANG: much to the chagrin of BoogieHeel and Hawkeye the parking lot had somehow been converted into a track.

Along the way there were short bursts of runs interrupted by bear crawls, walking lunges, standing broad jumps, Quadraphillia, and 20 Merkins and 20 Plank Jacks.

This were repeated in a circular pattern until mercy was called and audible LBC’s or some other various exercise was administered.

MARY: plank was held until the strain and grunts of those attending were obtained and then a little stretching to close us out.
