THE THANG: another short mosey to the ticket booth of the football stadium where some great workout tunes and a poster of fun was made out just for F3 Tiger Town… but wait a stallion comes up out of the gloom… no it’s a Mustang with Constitution behind the wheel! The passport challenge attendee joined in on the fun.

Letters A-Z each with its own exercise… DO YOU KNOW HOW BAD YOU ARE AT SPELLING AT 0530 IN THE MORNING!! But we jumped in and did the accompanying exercise to spell out each persons F3 name represented in the group. After each name was completed a lap around the parking lot was administered.
