10 guys+ the Q for a nice little Saturday to battle through the last few days of summer weather.
Warm Up:
Mosey to B&G club, with Tombstone and young Smartt leading the way with some unnecessary speed work. Once everyone else got there we did:
- SSH x 10
- IST x 10
- Loose Change x 10
- Arm Circles
Then mosey across Buffalo and keep going down Spring Street towards the cemetery, before we get there, stop at some Otter type place on the left for 36 LBCs. Gate to Oakwood cemetery was open, so we took route straight through it to Todd street and mosey towards Church street, stopping at a bamboo massage parlor with nuru juice in the parking lot for 36 LBC+30 dry docks. Then mosey to church street and over to the worst business in Concord and add 24 squats. Then mosey to El AB’s office and add 18 merkins.
BREAK for a three point challenge on the well hung basketball goal. Every miss meant +1 burpee. Every make meant -1 burpee. 8 missed, 3 made, 5 burpees resulted. BREAK OVER. Mosey to portico at First Pres and add 12 uphill WWIIs (crowd pleaser). Mosey down to shell of Coltrane Webb and add 6 burpees. Mosey to OCT with too much time left, so grab a rock and do a superset of a bunch of chest presses (36,30,24,18,12,6). One lap around the AO, return blocks.

Yesterday (8-16) marked 6 years since YHC’s first post. Been a hell of a six years. Made a lot of good friends. Accomplished a lot of goals. Have done some really cool shit. Got way more to do. No time to get hurt. No time to get soft so gotta stay hard. Got 3.2 miles and a ton of reps. People still dislike uphill WWIIs. We can’t shoot for shit. Good solid sweat, good solid group of men. You’ve all molded the leader I am today. I’m a better father, husband, boss, man, because of the men of F3 Concord. Many thanks.
