Mosey around the parking lot to pick up the stragglers, that fought the fart sack this morning (and won), while doing high knees and butt kickers.  Mosey around ASEC to the back lot for the Warmup: SSH, ISTs, loose change, plank to slow merks oyo.

Mosey to the lower lot, where the slick grass and mud almost got the best of Catfish, but he bounced back faster than the rooster he kicked in the sky this week.

Lower lot – 20 LBCs (IC), 20 low flutters (IC), and 20 LBCs (IC)

Mosey to the mall:

Suicide between light posts then 10 squats

Carioca suicide then 10 WWIIs

Suicide then 10 V Ups

Repeat the full set.

Mosey to the top ramp of the hospital parking deck

10 Merkins at top & 1 beam tap at the bottom – ladder up/down the ramp

Dips on the parapet wall while the PAX finished up the ladder.  Called mary with enough time to play frogger back to ASEC and a little broga to stretch out the soreness.

Prayers: Catfish’s Dad, Firechicken’s Grandma, Kids back to school, and Marlboro’s BIL.

Ten of Concord’s finest showed up to get after it this muggy morning.  Good chatter among the group that mostly stayed together for beatdown that provided some locational variety.  It may have seemed the QIC changed direction after the muddy slip of the MQ, but extra mileage and tour of the area was in the plan all along.  Heavy core and running designed for some with weenus or wagina challenges, but threw in some merks since they must have dusted off their ruck gear.  All good in the hood, nice sweaty beatdown.

Halfway decent show to coffeteria given the school bus loads earlier, some were force to get back home.  Coffee came with an aggressive start.  Would you rather know when it’s your time or not? Either way, just no need to yell at the barista about it, golly.  Apparently, RoCo schools have some talented “Hawaiian” players, tall and round, this year.  Catfish’s “friend” is in stable condition after playing with horses.  And YHC is a terrible goalie and we’re expecting a tiebreaker.
